How to update the device firmware via USB?

(for example, based on example of firmware update of GSM Sergeant)

Run from the software archive the update utility "CNordFirmware.exe".

Password is required when starting the configurator (0000 by default)

If the version of the firmware or bootloader is higher than the current one in the device, a window will appear:

To start the update, click the “Update device” button. After completion of all procedures, in case of a successful update, a window will appear:

To continue working with the device, close the update program.

Additionally

• If at launch warnings appear announcing that the versions are the same or the version in the device is higher, the firmware update is not required.

• New GSM-panels can be updated remotely through the Cloud
• The name of the program for updating of other devices has a similar appearance.
